I would like to include the tickets with the email that is generated by the plugin, as well as have the click to print option.

Hi,
When you setup the ticketing message, it will send an email like the attached screenshot when someone book a ticket: https://tinyurl.com/2fcmgo5o
In the above screenshot when the user click on “Print your ticket” it will open the printable ticket like this(which the user can print directly): https://tinyurl.com/2ky2n26w
