On each of my registration forms, the date I created the form shows. This is confusing to people who think it’s a date for a class.

Hi Margaret,
I checked and the date that is being displayed by the WordPress theme. Some WordPress themes will include a “posted on” date for your posts. You can hide these by adding the following to your theme’s custom stylesheet:
.entry-meta.date {
display:none;
}
