I tried to create a new question group but there is no visible system questions in the group to pick up? I don’t want to modify the system question group but rather create my own and reuse the predefined questions. It doesn’t seem hard but somehow I can’t figure out the way to do that.

Hi Hoan, here are examples of system questions:
First name
Last name
Email address
Billing address (split across multiple questions)
Phone number
By default the name and email address questions are part of the personal question group and the other questions are part of the address question group.
The minimum amount of information that is required for a registration is a name and an email address. This means that you can have events which collect a variety of information:
Event ABC – collect only personal question group
Event 123 – collect personal information group + address question group
Event XYZ – collect personal question group + a custom question group
Event 456 – collect personal question group + address question group + a custom question group
With that mentioned, system questions cannot be reassigned to multiple question groups at once.
If you need to collect information from your primary registration and then the same information from your additional attendees, then you could enable those questions for both parties like so via the event editor:

Now if those won’t be enough, then additional questions could be created and assigned to a new or existing question group. For example, if you needed to collect two types of phone numbers from an attendee (e.g. work & home phone number).
