How do I find table/field names to create SQL reports?

I am looking for a list of table names and fields to be able to create a list of attendees that are either in approved or pending payment status. I am not able to locate the correct fields to enter this into an SQL report code.

Hi,

There are a lot of different database fields, so may I ask which fields are you looking for?

Note there are a LOT of relations within EE data so a direct SQL query pulling in all of the info you need (depending on what info you actually want) can often be fairly tricky.
