Hi, Part of of our registration process/protocol is that participants who have registered can get back to their registration form and edit important information that may not be available at the time of registration. Before, the WP Dashboard’s User Profile displays a table at the bottom listing events and corresponding status of users who have registered. But starting May up to now, participants are complaining that they cannot view it. Is there a shortcode or link where the an authenticated user can edit his/her registration information? We have attempted to manually publish a page here: https://www.worldea.net/registration-details/ we used the shortcode [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] But upon accessing this page, the logged in user just gets this message: Please help. Thanks! |

Btw EE 4 version is v.4.9.82.p. Just updated today but unfortunately this issue still persisted. Thank you. |
Hi there, I’ve just tested both the admin events section and the Both of those sections pull registrations in exactly the same way so For either of those 2 functions to work, the WP user account must be linked to an EE Contact, that happens automatically when they register onto an event whilst logged in and use the same details as their user account (this only happens if they register whilst the WP User integration add-on is active on the site). Do you have a test account I can use to run a registration and view this? Or, if not, can you create one and send the details using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ I’ll need to register onto the event and then ask you to view the registration/user account to confirm a few things in the admin.
Yes, but it’s the above so that’s what needs to be fixed. |
