Every time someone registers and pays through Paypal, I receive an email letting me know about their registration. If someone signs up and does NOT pay, I don’t know that they signed up unless I manually scroll through the events. Can I be automatically notified when someone registers (without paying)?

I have Event Espresso 4. If I upgrade won’t i have to reset up all my options?

Hi,
The majority of your information will migrate (events, venues, attendees, your organization settings, etc).
Custom emails will not.
Be sure to backup your WordPress before updating. Then see this guide:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/#ee4
Also, please post support questions from your Event Espresso account that has a support license.
