Hotmail accounts not getting confirmation emails

I have posted about this before about Hotmail email accounts not getting confirmation emails and have added Mandrill and Postmark to help, but still having trouble with Hotmail. Any new suggestions?

Hi Erin,

Just to confirm, you are using either Mandrill or Postmark at any one time yes, not both together?

Unfortunately without further details there isn’t any further suggestions we can provide.

Have you checked the logs within Mandrill/Postmark to verify those emails where actually sent from their mail servers just to be sure? Within Mandrill you can see a list of outgoing emails (under the ‘Outbound’ section) when you log into your account.

Is the email rejected with a ‘bounce back’ email or just doesn’t show at all?

Have you contacted hotmail for any further details as to why they seem to be rejecting the emails?
