Hi there, last night I migrated my entire site from HostPapa to Siteground.

When clicking “register” on any of the courses on my site, I now see: Could not create instance of class Transaction from row TransactionTable.TXN_ID=0&TransactionTable.TXN_timestamp=2019-09-24+17%3A49%3A54&TransactionTable.TXN_total=240.000&TransactionTable.TXN_paid=0.000&TransactionTable.STS_ID=TFL&TransactionTable.TXN_session_data=&TransactionTable.TXN_hash_salt=&TransactionTable.TXN_reg_steps=a%3A4%3A%7Bs%3A12%3A%22wpuser_login%22%3Bb%3A0%3Bs%3A20%3A%22attendee_information%22%3Bb%3A0%3Bs%3A15%3A%22payment_options%22%3Bb%3A0%3Bs%3A21%3A%22finalize_registration%22%3Bb%3A0%3B%7D EEM_Base - _create_objects - 5102

Can you help me figure out how to solve this? It appears for all the events on the site, and I’m a little panicked because everything else seems to work correctly and I am don’t think I’m using any caching that would make it go haywire. It has my production down for now. Thanks kindly, Peter

Hi Peter,

Can you try deactivating, then deleting the EE4 plugin from your site;
then download a fresh copy from your account page, then install and activate the plugin? If some of the plugin files were not copied over then reinstalling will help.
