Just wondering how to hold someone’s place in an event when they have yet to pay but have agreed to pay. I only have 60 spaces to fill but if someone hasn’t paid it doesn’t take up a spot which could end up being a problem if 60 people register but haven’t yet paid and then some more people register. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nora,
If you want to hold their spot without payment, you can switch their registration status to approved. It’s likely already set to pending payment, and you can switch the status to approved by pulling up the registration in Event Espresso > Registrations, then click the Approved button under where it says “Change Registration Status to :”
