Is there a way to hide (not display) tickets that are not on sale yet? The way our tickets are displayed is cluttered and confusing, we are trying to improve user experience purchasing only tickets that are available.

Hello Jake,
This CSS should work and can be added to your site using a free plugin like Simple Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder:
/* Hide ticket options with a status of upcoming */
.espresso_events .ticket-pending {display:none;}
