Hi
I have a system question on the registration form that I would like to hide.
I understand that I can’t trash it (and I wouldn’t want to) because there has been data input in the database.
Could you let me know how best to remove / hide it please?

Hi Ged,
Generally system questions require input if they are shown on the registration page (although not all)
Which system question are you referring to?

Apologies for the late reply – I have a field that was being used for the telephone number but I now want to hide that field on the form and use another.

Hello Ged,
You can remove a question via the question group that is it attached to through the question groups editor.
This is done by removing the checkmark from the question through the question groups editor and then saving changes.
However, this will hide any responses (e.g. answers) to the questions for existing registrations.
