Hello. I am the admin for a community theater’s website. We recently set up ticketing from Event Expresso.
Setting up ticketing was a success, but our front page at http://www.mcct.org now has 4 headers entitled – “registration checkout,” “transactions,” “thank you,” “registration cancelled.”
I can’t make those extra headers disappear. I’ve tried hiding them (it gives you that option on the page) and nesting them under the “Check Please Tickets on Sale” header (clicking ‘Quick Edit’ by each extraneous page allows you to assign a parent page). But they won’t disappear. I’m at wits end.
Can you please teach us how to hide those 4 headings so it’s not confusing to visitors to our website?
It looks like the pages have been added to your nav menu.
Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus.
Can you see a menu matching the pages listed on your nav bar there?
If so, can you see the “registration checkout”, “transactions”, “thank you” & “registration cancelled” pages listed?
Assmunig you want to just remove those, click the down arrow to the right of each of them and click remove (note that doesn’t remove the actual page, it just removes it from the menu).
If you want them to show as submenus of the ‘Check Please Tickets on Sale’ menu, drag and drop them onto that element in the list, they should then show indented as a submenu, like this:
