I just spent couple of hours try to fix this and I can’t. Would you help me out please? I just want to remove the cells of:
“Ticket Sold”, “Ticket Remaining”, “Total Tickets Sold”, “Total Spaces Remaining”

I can see I am not the only one who asked this question, but for some weird reason this is under support rather than part of the documentation – this is really frustrating.

Hi Peter,

You’ll need to have an active support license to view the forums. Otherwise, you’ll be restricted to viewing a couple forums.

This CSS will hide that information:

.tckt-slctr-tkt-details-td span:nth-of-type(4),
.tckt-slctr-tkt-details-tbl th,
.tckt-slctr-tkt-details-tbl td:nth-child(3),
.tckt-slctr-tkt-details-tbl td:nth-child(4),
.tckt-slctr-tkt-details-tbl td:nth-child(5),
.tckt-slctr-tkt-details-tbl td:nth-child(6) {
  display: none;
}

Can you please specify in which CSS file should I look for that code?

Hi watersplash,

Currently your account does not have an active support license.

Did you purchase EE4 using a different account? If so could you provide details of the account used to purchase, or the Transaction ID produced so we can link your license to your account please.

I did not purchase support. I though this is a forum where any client can post and ask questions. I don’t understand why is your documentation not covering the basic functionality and then you ask clients to pay for support? This is so wrong!

Hi watersplash,

There may be a misunderstanding here. This is the translations forum where anyone (clients or not) can post questions about translations. We also have a pre-sales forum where non-clients can post pre-sales questions. We ask that all clients who have support licenses to please post in the Premium forums.

Now, back to your follow up question:

Can you please specify in which CSS file should I look for that code?

The CSS that Lorenzo shared with you is not in a CSS file. It turns out that you add that to your own custom stylesheet in order to hide the tickets sold. If you don’t have a custom stylesheet you can use a plugin like Reaktiv CSS Builder plugin instead.

Hello again,

There is now a template option available that can be used to hide the tickets sold details and it is available in a current version of Event Espresso 4.

It can be found by logging into your WP dashboard (WP-admin) and going to Event Espresso –> Events –> Templates. Then scroll to the end of the page and look for Ticket Selector Template Settings.

Then look for the Show Ticket Sale Info option and set it to no and then click on Save to save changes.

Thanks

Lorenzo
