Based on my top question, which in my case is “status” based on the answer the user will either see or not see program director. http://semcme.tmvgroup.com.php53-14.ord1-1.websitetestlink.com/event-registration/?ee=_register

Is this functionality, or logic possible in EE4?

Another one would be under the “title” drop down, I would add a field “other” if “other was selected I would have a field appear where they type in what other is.

No, this smart logic does not currently exist in Event Espresso.

You could use a general textarea question to collect various kinds of information. If you add it to a new question group, then you can clarify the type of information that could be added there by using the question group description area (available when editing a question group).
