WP v3.8.1
4.2.4 Personal:
EE4 Events Calendar v.3.0.0 reg
EE4 Core Regular v4.2.4 reg
Custom Templates Add-on v1.0
JSON API v2.1.1.P
Social Media v1.1.7
Events Calendar v2.2.3.p

This is a new installation.

https://www.behindtheshutter.com/shutterfest2015

We opened registration at a lower price to the first 500 attendees from last year’s event.

We are opening 1000 more seats to this current event to the general public at a higher price, but the sold out/expired 500 ‘seats’ show up on the site.

Please help! Thanks!

Hi Sal,

Try this CSS in a plugin like My Custom CSS:

.tckt-slctr-tbl-tr.ticket-sales-expired.lt-grey-text{display:none}

Hello again Sal,

We wanted to let you know that there is now a template option available that can hide expired tickets.

It is available in a current version of Event Espresso 4 and can be found in WP-admin (WP Dashboard) –> Event Espresso –> Events –> Templates. Then scroll to the end of the page and look for the Ticket Selector options. You can then set it to not show expired events and then click on Save to save changes.

Thanks

Lorenzo
