Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to hide certain events from the table view on my website. I have some venues that have multiple events on them. Some of these events have started already and i have restricted the tickets so no one can purchase them. What i would like to do is remove these events from the table view so as not to confuse any new visitors.

Events Table

I know i can hide certain elements on the events pages using some CSS, but this would change all the elements on there when i only wish to hide the top two as shown in my screenshot.Obviously i will probably do this for other venues as they start to fill with events. Is this possible?

Many thanks,

PhilB

Hi Phil,

Yes this is possible.

There’s some code you can add to your site that will remove any events from the event lists that cannot be registered for. Here’s a link to its page in the code library:

https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-code-snippet-library/blob/master/templates/de_ee_filter_events_out_with_expired_tickets.php

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.

Hi Josh, terribly sorry. I did not know i had a response! The last time i checked no one had replied.

I will give this a go now. Thank you.

PhilB.
