Hello – please see link here….https://2021.eosconference.com/events/eos-2021-conference/. Why are the links displaying Goes on Sale May 30, 2020 visible now? We would like them to become visible when the actual tickets go on sale.

Hi there,

We don’t have an option to hide upcoming tickets from the ticket selector as it stands.

However, you can hide them using some CSS:

.tkt-slctr-tbl .ticket-pending {
    display: none;
}

Add that to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

Will the tickets that are pending on the CSS hide display when the event goes too on sale per the date?

Yes, when a ticket is no longer pending it won’t have the pending class, so will display.

To clarify though, these are all tickets within the same single EE event, not multiple events.

Got it. Yes there is only one event currently. Thank you!
