So I have an issue that stems from not being able to have ‘pay in cash at event’ as a payment option. FEATURE REQUEST!!!
Anyway, so to get around this I create two events. One with a Paypal button and one set to $0.00 for the people who pay in person at the event (we still need these folks to register in advance).
Two identical events, only payment is different. My client has asked that the ‘pay in cash’ event be displayed on top of the Paypal version. Is there a way to manipulate the order in which the events display?
Drag n drop would be nice…FEATURE REQUEST!!
I crack myself up with the feature requests, but I’m serious…thanks in advance.

Hi Jason,
Event Espresso already has a pay in cash at the event feature. The invoice or the check money order payment options can be used to pay in cash at the event. With either feature you can add instructions to let them know where to pay when they arrive.
You can also re-word the button that displays the options on the payment page if need be. Please let us know if you need help with altering those if you go with either of the offline payment options.
If you go with the two events for each payment type option, yes you can arrange the order of the events. You can create a page and place this shortcode on it:
[EVENT_LIST order_by=id sort=ASC]
or
[EVENT_LIST order_by=id sort=DESC]
one of the above will order the events so the pay in cash event displays first.
