Hello. I entered an event and for some reason it disappeared from the Event Overview list. I cannot find it anywhere so I can’t delete it. However, the event is showing up on the events page with [pending event] at the top. It has as registration button, but since the event disappeared, I don’t want anyone to sign up for it. So, I have deleted the shortcode from the Event page so the event won’t show up. I need help getting rid of this pending event, and then re-adding the event so people can register. Thank so much for helping me!!

Hi Christina,
Could you go to the events overview screen in the WP dashboard and then click on screen options in the top right and then adjust the pagination to a larger value like 75 and save changes.
Then do you see the event appear in the list?

Hi Lorenzo,
I don’t see the screen options you’re referencing. However, found that I wasn’t looking at the “all” listing, and when I switched the filter to all, it showed up and I deleted it. Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Christina,
I’m glad you’ve found your event and managed to remove it.
I just wanted to add another option for finding events quickly. If you can view the event on the front end whilst logged in then open up the event and look within the Admin Bar at the top of the page.
You will see an ‘Event Espresso’, within that go to Events -> Edit event to go directly to that event – http://take.ms/FmKDy
Note that option will only show up when you viewing a single event, not the event list etc.
