Help!! My registrations are Not being redirected to PayPal for 5 days now! I get their registration email but they aren’t making the purchase through PayPal since April 29th! This is terrible for my business.
What is the problem? I haven’t changed anything on my account!? Do things need updated!? How can i fix this immediately? This is a very very busy and crucial time for registrations for me.
We are still using the old version. My web designer was worried that updates would possibly “break” parts of the functionality of my website. There are updates available– what do you suggest?
You could ask your web designer to clone the current site onto a development server, and test there first before running the updates.
