Hi, we are having a sudden new problem where none of the events are showing – they all just say ‘page not found’.
Just fyi, we are on the last version of EE (Version 4.10.13.p) because the promos were not working so we were told to go back to that version – I’m not sure if it has been fixed yet?

Nobody can register for anything at the moment so we need help please. Thank you!

Hi Kerry,
Looks like your site’s permalinks need to be flushed.
Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks.
Make no changes and just hit save to flush your current permalinks, does that fix the event links?
Side note – yes the issue with promotions should be fixed from version 4.10.19.p onwards.

Can you tell me if that promo problem with the latest plugin has been fixed yet? We’re wondering if we can update the EE plugin now.

Yes, the issue with promotions should be fixed from version 4.10.19.p onwards 🙂 (the current version is 4.10.26.p)
