No one is able to register for classes on their phone, only on desktop. There is no box, it only says Register. Please try it yourself and see. chefalicecooking.com

This is caused by some conflicting styles from within your site’s theme, you can fix this by adding the CSS shown here:

Add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
