Help! I just uploaded the new Event Espresso upgrade and everything disappeared

I got some error message about a pluggin folder being missing, and WordPress deactivated the pluggin. When I tried to activate it, it looks like everything is gone. I don’t have access to any of my events.
Help??

Hi TSmith,

This just happened to me. EE Staff have somehow pushed out an EE4 update to EE3 customers. Here’s how I fixed mine:

Download the current EE3 version from this site.
Go to your website and deactivate the Event Espresso plugin.
Install EE3 plugin from your computer.

Your data should be back, if you are as lucky as I was!
