September 11, 2018 at 12:50 pm Hey all…I have a frustrated client waiting for answers. They are getting this error on mobile only: “An error has occurred: You need to select a ticket quantity before you can proceed.” Screenshot: I’ve researched the forums, they all mention caching issues. Never had a cache plugin installed. I did install one to see what would happen and followed my hosts instructions on how to properly setup the WP Super Cached plugin. Still getting errors. Sample page where the error occurs (on mobile only): Works fine on desktop. Thoughts? |

September 11, 2018 at 12:59 pm Hi, Have you troubleshot this by temporarily deactivating all other plugins and temporarily switching to the default theme? Also have you tried removing all customizations of Event Espresso templates? The reason I ask is because you’ll find that you can proceed on a mobile device on sites like this one: |

I did temporarily switch to the default theme. Same error. I have NOT tried removing all customizations of Event Espresso templates. Yes, the link you sent works on mobile for me. 🙁 |

Found the fix. There was a plugin conflict. EE conflicted with the Automatic Responsive Tables plugin. I used that because the EE Events Table View Template doesn’t seem to be responsive. It’s a theme fix actually. You can add the following to your site’s additional CSS panel to offset the theme’s margins around the ticket selector & table view template when it’s a small screen:
