After editing an event, I hit Update, and I get this error page: Fatal error: Call to a member function venues() on a non-object in /home/travelgr/public_html/green-travel-events/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/caffeinated/admin/new/venues/espresso_events_Venues_Hooks.class.php on line 142 I have tried it in Firefox and Safari, same results. Also, I had my developer look into it, and he has the same issue and points out that the error message indicates that the issue is with the Venues. Suggestion was to delete the venue and try again, but I can’t find any way to delete it. I did edit it and hit update, and it updated without any error page. Last, on that event, I hit “Copy to a new draft,” and I got a new draft, edited it and hit update, and it updated, but when I hit View Event, I get a WP error page that says, “Page not found.” The new event shows on the Event Details page, so I have tried hitting view on this page and get the same error page. Please help — I paid a lot for this software and for development time and have to post these events! Thank you very much! |

I would send an email directly to support instead of the forum, but I tried that with another issue a week ago and didn’t get any reply. Thanks. |
Hello, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so I can take a closer look at this issue? Is support coming on this, or are we frozen out of using EE for the weekend? |
Hi, your information was received and I’ve replied. Please reply to that email. Thanks — |

Now the situation’s worse than before. Without telling me beforehand, Lorenzo took my files off my server, so now all my events and page configurations are completely gone. |
Lorenzo removed Event Espresso through the WP plugin interface, but he couldn’t reinstall because the files are larger than your server’s upload limit of 2mb. You should be able to reinstall Event Espresso. |

Hi Scott, Reinstalling the plugin should have brought back all of your information. I did copy the event information for the event that became damaged and I’ve sent a copy of that event to your email. — |
