Header bar in email templates

Hi,

I have edited the global templates for all the notifications, removing the inline bgcolor to get rid of the grey header as our customisation requirements are quite basic. However, on creating a new event and using the default (modified) templates, the grey bar comes back. I just can’t work out how to get rid of this.

Hi Geoff,

Could you double-check the recipient that is receiving the message?

Several of the message types have different contexts such as primary registrant, registrant, and event admin.

Or could you grab a screenshot (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots) of the message and share here so we can test this from our end?

Hi Lorenzo – you were right. It was the registrant context. As soon as I changed this, I found the template.
