Hi This is our Event |

Hi there, You can set Event Espresso to use one payment option for one event only by installing the Payment Methods Pro add-on, then follow the guide in its read me file: |

Hi |

Just to confirm, are you adding the include_payment_method custom field, by first doing ‘Enter new’ – http://take.ms/obCiU Inputting ‘include_payment_method’ for the key and likely ‘Bank Draft’ for the value, then clicking ‘Add Custom Field’ – http://take.ms/O2hku It should then look like this – http://take.ms/seXPy Then you update the event. (Custom fields are separate from the ‘Update’ feature, so you have to manually add them in, then update) |
|
Yes, that is exactly what I do and it looks like your screenshots until I ‘Update’ the Event and then when I look at the Custom Fields box again it shows no Custom Field has been added? |

Hello, That can be done but you’ll need to pick the payment methods for each event. If you already have the payments methods pro add-on (9102), then see this video: http://cl.ly/301Z2T0j023Z/Screen%20Recording%202016-05-27%20at%2009.49%20AM.mov In the example above, bank is enabled and set as event specific and so is invoice. Then I go to the test event and enable the bank payment option through the event editor and save changes. When I start a registration with that test event, then you’ll see that only the bank payment option appears. You’ll want to do something similar and pick the payment options that should be available for each event via the event editor and then save changes. — |

Thanks, I think that has now got it to work. |

Great! Was there anything else that we could help you with? — |
