We need Mijireh to put GST into our payments page – they have advised that ECommerce system must send them that information. They suggested contacting EE re altering events pricing setup and asking them to send Mijireh the order with the tax information broken out. Please advise.

Hi there,

When you set up the ticket prices in the event editor, are you checking the box next to where it says “This ticket is taxable”? If not, you can first edit the existing tax price modifier that was setup in Event Espresso by going to Default Pricing Admin Page (labeled “Pricing” in the Event Espresso Menu).

You set your GST amount there and name the tax price modifier as “GST”. Once the tax price modifier is set, you can check the box next to where it says “This ticket is taxable” and the GST will be applied to the ticket price.
