Hi – We are trying to get the grid view to display events but it is not working as it should. What should be a box with the roll-over seems to split the elements out. It has worked in the past and is ok on other pages. Any idea why this isn’t working?

Hi there,
The reason it’s not working is because the shortcodes were added to a page builder instead of the native WP editor. You can either add the shortcode via the main content section of the page via the native WP editor or add the following code to a functions file which will load the Grid templates assets on all pages instead of just the pages where it’s been tracked.

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.

Perfect – I’ve edited the Theme functions file and it is working now!
