is it possible to use gravity forms and event espresso on the same site …and both applications collect payments to the same paypal account? we are wanting to offer tshirts…but dont need / want them purchased upon registration example 1 person registers the team for the event, team is 14 people…..28+ parents, possibly 120 grandparents…plus siblings team would register….then the registrant would receive the link to purchase the shirt ( on the same site as the event registration )…which they would then distribute to the families can the 2 plugins coexist ..and collect payments to the same paypal account? |

Hello, Yes, you can use both plugins on the same site but they would not be able to communicate with each other. Your PayPal account can also accept payments from Event Espresso and Gravity Forms. This is because we send PayPal specific information during a registration so they can notify Event Espresso about the payment status. — |

thanks Just to clarify this is with the latest EE3 I seem to remember doing this in the past and it wouldnt work ( tried to find that post where I was told it wont work …but was unsuccessful) could I set up a woocommerce shop on the same site as the EE3 site ….is there any issue with that? no I do not need the EE to communicate with either gravity or woo same site….collecting different payments to the same paypal from EE AND either or Gravity or woocommerce |

Yeah those all should work on the same site. EE will automatically send its own IPN notify URL to PayPal, so if you set up your PayPal account’s IPN to Gravity Form’s or WooCommerce’s notify URL, EE will still work. |

excellent thanks! on a side note ..I upgraded one site to EE4…..was waiting to do this until some integration happened ..mailchimp etc. Although EE4 runs much smoother and faster then 3 …and the migration was dead simple. I dont like that I cant remove attendees from old events…..barring doing them one at a time…..I can find no bulk option……so it can make finding current attendees …a tad difficult…..and an impossibility for the site owners no partial payments…this is a must..each of our events need to be split into 3 seperate “events” because of this….”deposit” “balance” and “full ” payments……………20 events …turns into 60 events!
