I’m deep into registration and went to upload my Volunteers from last year’s file. I got a critical error. I had taken out the unused columns. Would this have something to do with the problem? I need an answer quick or I will have to get my people to reg manually tomorrow or Monday.
We can try to help but we need more information. A critical error could happen for many reasons including: outdated software, server software updates, plugin or theme conflicts. Ideally we need the error message from your log files (see below).
