Got a "server" error upon upload of reoccuring guests

Hello guys,

I close online registration soon, so please respond as soon as you can.

I was trying to upload some more reoccurring registrations for this year’s event and got the following error:

It said to refresh the page and try again, bot no help.

Please advise.

Hi Laura,

Your getting a fatal error there ‘Internal server error’ is the ‘nice’/’pretty’ version of a critical error shown on the front end.

Check your server error logs (your host will usually have a section in your control panel to view them) to see if there are any errors from around the time the above is displayed.

Can you send me a copy of the .csv you are upload so I can check the data locally? If so send it over to support[at]eventespresso.com
