I have two venues and one of them is showing up but one isn’t. 999 Ashford Avenue, San Juan, 00907, Puerto Rico Please help!!! |

What I did was test the Address using this page: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/intro Which allows you to test data on the same API Event Espresso uses for the google maps and it returns results there – http://take.ms/V6tQX So, I need to see how its setup on your page to narrow down the cause. |

Hi there, I checked into using that address on a test site and it’s working there, as well as on the Google Maps API testing site. Can you check the venue editor for that venue and make sure the fields have input just like this? |

So right now the address that is being sent over to Google is:
That does not exist so the maps api returns no results. You need to set the country for that venue to Puerto Rico.
The state item must have been added during a registration. To enable Puerto Rico in the countries menu go to: Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Countries Select Puerto Rico in the dropdown and set the option ‘Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists’ to yes – http://take.ms/kNRSi Now refresh the venue page and select Puerto Rico for the venue country. Also, you don’t have any Google Maps API keys set on your site. Go to Event Espresso -> Venues -> Google maps. Click the link to create an API key – http://take.ms/iFh0v Follow the steps from Google and place the API key within the above setting field. |
