when I get an event confirmation, the map of the venue appears, but not on the Venue Page when i click iot

Hi Phil,
Within the venue itself you’ll find the option ‘Display Google Map for this venue?’, have you set that to yes? – http://take.ms/0lde3

i set it to yes..it shows up fine under the events page but not the venues page after confirmation

None of the HTML elements used to display the map are loading on that page, the Javascript and Google Maps API loads but can’t do anything.
Can you temporarily switch to a default theme such as twentyseventeen and see if the map loads then? You can do that without effecting your users using the Theme Test Drive plugin.
