Hi, I’ve followed all your articles I could find, I’ve tried many APIs from Google and the maps are still not showing on the events.
It says “Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”
I don’t get it, I don’t know what to do.
I followed the link within EE and it created the API but it still doesn’t work.
Help!

Hi there,
I had a look at your venue and the error being thrown is:
Google Maps API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError
That means your API key has a ‘referrer’ set that doesn’t match your domain that is requesting the map.
Heres an example of one of my keys – http://take.ms/Glw4j
The *example.co.uk/* is the refferer in this case, it means my request can come from:
{anything}example.co.uk/{anything}
Do you have something like *.example.co.uk/* on your settings? (note the dot after the *)
