Hello – I’ve created an event and created an API for my domain – I’ve pasted this into the Venue settings but my maps are still showing as grey boxes – what am I doing wrong?
Have you enabled billing on your Google account? Theres a ‘free’ credit that is applied to your account but as Google Maps are no longer free, Google requires billing enabled on your account for them to work.
If you open up Chrome Dev Tool and look in the console section when viewing the above page, does it show an error from Google?
Or if you can post a link to the page in question I can check it over (you can mark your reply private if preferred).
You can log into your account at the above URL and make sure you have billing enabled for the Google Maps JavaScript API. You may be using another maps API on the other parts of the site.
