Google Map link image appears to be broken in the email messages. Is see it in some and others I don’t https://gyazo.com/438c01bf1f4e02f3bc1e93247feb2260 Is there anything I can do to make it consistent? Thanks, Laura |
That’s going to depend on the email client. Some email clients will not display images from other sources (in this case from Google). While some email clients will show a message like “Images are not displayed. Click here to display images.”, others may not. What you can do is add a fallback where you include a URL to the map. e.g. |

I’m still working through this issue. In the process of trying to locate the specific emails I’m having trouble with, I noticed that the map is also broken on the invoice download. Here is a screenshot with the inspect. Hope that helps. I am still in Chrome in this instance. Also, I can’t seem to locate any code for the import of the map anywhere in the invoice default message code. Can you tell me where it is so I can add your link? I really don’t like this option, but if there is no choice so be it. Thanks, Laura |

I also noticed that the invoice will not let me break up the description of the venue into paragraph tags on the “text” screen. I’m not sure why. I need this to be in two paragraphs. Thanks for your help, Laura |

I also noticed that the “Edit Venue” text input window will not let me break up the description of the venue into paragraph tags. I’m not sure why. I put them in and update and then switch back and forth between the visual and text and they disappear. I need this information to be in two paragraphs when it shows up in the invoice. Any ideas? Thanks for your help, Laura |
Those two images use the Google Maps Static APIs, have you enabled those on whichever account you are using for the Google Maps API key? If you log into your google account and go to: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/ Select the project your key is linked to and confirm you have the ‘Google Maps Static API’ listed, like so – http://take.ms/laX17 |

Are you adding the paragraph tags in text mode? If you do and then switch to visual mode they will be removed (that’s WP rather than EE doing that) Just add your text on a next line in visual mode and it should be displayed in a new paragraph. |
