That could require a plugin like Google Analyticator or Monster Insights if you’re tracking site-wide.

Or if you’re setting up a goals destination, you’d set up the following parameters for your goal:

“Starts with” -> “/thank-you”

Please note that the URL should match the slug of your thank you page so if your thank-you page URL is different, then you’ll use that instead.
