Hi, the map image in my email does not show, I just get a grey box with an exlaimation mark in it. I have the API key entered in the settings. I’ve also made sure the addresses were correct. Given I can’t get it to work, is there a way I can remove it from the email? Thanks.

Hi,
They can be removed, and even replaced with a link to a Google map link (and no API key required to show a link). You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message templates and remove the [GOOGLE_MAP_IMAGE] shortcodes from the active message templates. You can replace with [GOOGLE_MAP_LINK] or even do your own custom link with [GOOGLE_MAP_URL].
