Global Promotion Code in EE4

I am attempting to enable a promotion code as a global promotion code to be applied to all current and future events without needing to reapply the promotion to newly created events. I cannot seem to find the global promotion checkbox in EE4. Please help me locate this.

Hi Andrea,

You set “Apply Promo to ALL Scope Items” to Yes on the Promotion edit page.
