Hello, I have latest EE4 and wordpress, I’d like to use EE4 as it is way more nice and user-friendly than EE4, but I’d need to get some details to work. So: in the confirmation email for the registrants there is an option to go on the website and change their registration payment. [I use a modified check payment gateway so people will know how much to bring in cash at the event’s night, but still be able to calculate their cost, etc.]
Specifically, I feel it should be easy to add or modify a functionality so that people can cancel themselves their registration, if starting from their email they already get to their personalized space to change their mean of payment. They can already modify that, so do you know any easy way to implement that ?
And also, do all the EE3 shortcodes apply to EE4 ? I’m trying to find that info but can’t seem to find it.

[ update : A temporary workaround is for the registrants to go ‘ edit Attendee Information ‘ and enter ‘ cancelled ‘ in their name, I could work with this but I’d prefer a nice an easy cancellation option for them.. should be easy, yes ? I mean, we’re already modifying payments and attendees infos.. ]

Hello,
There isn’t an automated way for a registrant/attendee to cancel their registration in Event Espresso 4.
Event Espresso 3 shortcodes will not all work with EE4. Available shortcodes for EE4 can be found in the Help&Support page for Event Espresso in the WordPress admin.
