Getting Message "Support License Key is invalid"

We have the following license:
EE4 Everything License
Created: 2017-08-16 (UTC)
Cost: $299.95/year
Renews On: 2018-08-16 (UTC) for 209.97/year

This is what it says on our dashboard in Event Expresso:
** REMOVED ** REQUEST RESET
Active on: http://www.southcobbarts.org

We have that exact number in our WordPress installation.
Why are we not getting our updates?
Obviously our Support License Key is NOT invalid.

Please advise. Thank you.

Hi there,

Please do not post your license keys on the forums as they are public, I’ve remove the key from your post.

I can’t see any issues with your account and checked the licensing server to confirm if your key was assigned to your domain (which it is) so I’m not sure why your getting that messages, its possible something server side altered the request we caused the license server to throw the notice.

In any case I’ve reset your license key, if you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, remove the key and save the settings.

Then replace the key and save the settings once again, is the notice removed?
