Getting error with Payeezy gateway plugin in espresso 4

Hi, I placed installed the add on I received with my purchase of E4 everything license and placed the correct information in the plugin. I’m receiving this error and I can’t seem to find an answer for it.

INVALID DIVISION NUMBER

Hi there,

I checked and the answer from support.payeezy.com says to correct the division number:

The strange part about the error is the Event Espresso Payeezy gateway does not send a division number. May I ask are you trying a test transaction in debug mode or are you using production keys?

Thank you. After I posted this, I went onto Payeezy and found that same answer. I had it in debug and then production mode to check both sides. After talking with first data, we determined because of the way our payeezy account was set up for an older vendor we have and it is still under a different division number. Essentially we have a Payeezy account downgraded to a First Data Global Gateway to take payments from the older vendor. I switched the payment to our braintree account at it works fine. Thank you for your help.
