Unless someone else reset your license key recently, it doesn’t look like we can validate your key. Will you verity that your license key is in your Event Espresso General settings?
Does you site or server have anything that can block communication with other servers? That would be one reason why we cannot see your site’s licence key.
Also, can you check the key in the General Settings page to make sure there are no spaces before or after it.
