Getting emailed forms from Event Espresso

I am not getting emails when people register using Event Espresso. I used to, but for some reason now I don’t. Is there a way to print out a “pretty” form from the registration information like the ones that used to be emailed to me?

Hi there,

It’s not possible to print them, but we can troubleshoot why you aren’t getting the emails if that helps?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity, can you see the ‘missing’ emails listed there?

If so, what colour ‘status bar’ (the coloured bar to the right of each message) do they have?

Yeah, they should be split with a comma to be multiple email addresses.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message templates -> Registration Approved -> Edit Event Admin.

Are the emails listed in the ‘To’ field there? If so, make sure they are separated with a comma, if they aren’t listed, what is shown?
