Hi – we have an upcoming event that some users have already registered for. It was decided that we need additional information on all users who register and a new field was added to the registration form for all new registrants. Is there a way to have the existing registrants provide us with that information by updating their registration form or will we have to get the data and manually enter it in the admin?

Yes they can update their registration form if they get the link to update their registration form.
Here’s how you can send them their link:
1) Go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates
2) Go to edit the “Batch” message type
3) Add something like this to the message’s template:
Please <a href="[RECIPIENT_EDIT_REGISTRATION_LINK]">update your registration information here</a>.
4) Then save and head over to Event Espresso > Registrations and check the boxes next to the registrations, then click the “Send Batch Message” button.
