Hi, what would be the best way to achieve the following in EE 4:
I want to add Organization fields (organization name, address, email) to the event registration before we get to the Attendee Personal information section. The Organization is not an attendee, so this would be a single section to fill out at the start of every registration no matter how many tickets someone is buying. Meaning, if someone comes to register three attendees to our conference, they would select 3 from the Qty dropdown on the first page and then see the Organization section on the registration page, fill out those fields, then scroll down to see the first attendee section, etc. thank you!
1) You go to Event Espresso > Registration Form > Questions then Add a new question for organization name, then one for organization address, and so on; Tip: It’s best to set the Organization Email question to be an “Email” question type
2) You go to Event Espresso > Registration Form > Question Groups and add a new group for “Organization”. You’ll set the Question Group Order field to 0. Then check the boxes to select all the new “organization” questions
3) When addding/editing events, you’ll check the box next to “Organization” that appears within the “Questions for Primary Registrant” box. You’ll leave the same unchecked for the “Questions for Additional Registrants” box.
hi, I was hoping to have these generic Organization questions in a separate section above the Primary Registrant section, not within the Primary Registrant section. Is that possible?
