This is my first time to work with EE. I had a web developer who left before finishing the installation. and now I have few troubles:
1- The display of the ticket on a phone –
The right part of the ticket is hidden and only if we move the phone to landscape, then we can see the quantity of ticket to select but the problem is with Instagram where we do most of the selling, doesn’t allow landscape so the customers aren’t able to click on the quantity bottom.
2- QR code or bar code –
Once the customer purchases the ticket, there is no QR code or bar code to scan at the entrance of the club. How can I fix this?
