Hello,
I’m running EE Version 4.9.75.p and, on my registration page, have this which seems to appear automatically:
[check box] I consent to XYZ storing and using my personal information, according to their privacy policy.
Please could you tell me where I can do to
1) change the text, so that it reads ‘personal data’ as opposed to ‘personal information’ and
2) can I add an html link to the privacy policy page within this too?

Hi Dee,
To do both you go to:
Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Privacy.
The ‘Privacy Consent Checkbox’ sounds like its already enabled and then below that you have a section you can use to edit the text, you can also include links within that section to be output like so:
I consent to XYZ storing and using my personal data, according to their <a href="http://google.com/">privacy policy</a>.
Once you update the text it should appear on the reg form if you refresh.
