So in a brand new wordpress installation, if I set the page template to be full-width instead of showing me the ticket options, it asks me to select an event then displays a 7-day sales chart.
To replicate it’s pretty simple.
1) Install a new instance of wordpress.
2) install the latest instance of EE4.
3) setup an event with some tickets.
4) Set event page template to wordpress’s default full-width.
5) View live page
May I ask which theme is activated on the site where this is happening, and is there a way I can download a copy of the theme to see the code inside the Full Width Template?
It’s the default active wordpress them, Twenty-seventeen. We have made no modifications to the site as of finding this issue other than installing Event Espresso 4’s latest version.
Twentyseventeen doesn’t actually have a full-width page template option. In any case, it sounds like you might be getting a 404 error. This can be sorted by going to your WordPress dashboard, then go to the Settings → Permalinks page. When you load that page it will refresh the site’s rewrite rules.
